WHY
SCAD and Compass partnered on an exciting 10-week custom course where students collaborated with the Compass team to develop innovative concepts that would strengthen the brand’s presence in the Greater Atlanta area.
Our goal was to leave a lasting mark on Atlanta — a city steeped in history and rich in cultural heritage. We aimed to raise brand awareness, position Compass as a luxury real estate and technology company with strong local ties, and create a highly localized experience.
This strategy not only established brand credibility but also built a deeply rooted, hyperlocal connection with the community — setting the foundation for Compass to create its own legacy in the city.
HOW
Our campaign took a multifaceted approach, leveraging creative strategy and design to craft a wide range of marketing materials. We designed striking out-of-home posters and illustrations that celebrated Atlanta’s historic homes, capturing the spirit of the Greater Atlanta area.
We brought these ideas to life through motion graphics, infusing energy and movement into the campaign. We also developed a responsive website that seamlessly connected audiences to Compass and the Atlanta Legacy Trail, creating an immersive digital experience.
To bring everything together, we produced a heartwarming commercial — leaving a lasting impression and helping Compass earn a meaningful place in the hearts of the local community.
